Confidentiality is central to the way Essor One works. Many of the people I support do so in highly visible settings — whether that’s a business function, a professional gathering, or a social event. Having my image displayed publicly would undermine the very confidence and discretion I aim to provide.
By keeping the focus on you — rather than me — I ensure that your development, presence, and confidence are never compromised. The absence of pictures is intentional: it protects you, gives you peace of mind, and preserves the integrity of the work we do together.
That said:
Some images can be shared privately on request.
A selection is available on my Instagram page, though these are intentionally curated with privacy safeguards (for example, partial blurring or cropped detail).
Before any in-person engagement, we’ll always connect first — usually through a virtual consultation. This not only gives you the chance to meet me, but also allows us to agree on simple assurance methods (such as a password or confirmation details) so you can feel completely secure.
That said, while this work is never about me, you may like to know a little about the person you’ll be meeting.
My name is Andrew. I bring with me an eclectic mix of experiences:
Fitness is important to me. I played football at a high level. I represented Great Britain in endurance sports. Now I am mostly in the gym or doing Jujitsu.
When an injury ended my football career, I actually did a bit of modelling and acting. In fact, I even acted alongside A-list actors.
I'm hard working and driven. I was invited by a red brick university to complete a doctorate based on my leadership development program. I held executive and director roles across multiple organisations. I am a qualified coach with advanced leadership accreditations. In fact, I have worked with over 100 professionals as a leadership development coach.
And most importantly, I have a Blue Peter badge.
These experiences don’t define me, but they have shaped the way I support others. What matters most is that I bring empathy, professionalism, and presence — so you feel both supported and confident, wherever our work takes us.
